Our Expertise in Food Safety & GFSI Certification
What we offer
A benchmarking audit helps organisations identify system gaps before a GFSI certification or customer/retailer audit takes place, reducing the risk of failed audits, costly corrective actions and potential customer notifications. It provides a clear understanding of the current level of compliance and highlights the areas that require improvement in a structured and practical way.
All assessments are conducted directly by Kiki Domzaridou, ensuring consistency, high technical expertise and a practical, results-driven approach. Each assessment is tailored to the specific needs of the organisation and aligned with GFSI-recognised standards such as BRCGS, IFS and FSSC 22000, as well as customer and retailer requirements.
Beyond benchmarking, we support the development and implementation of effective food, packaging materials and service safety and quality management systems. This includes HACCP development and review, preparation of product and service specifications, supplier management processes and Declarations of Compliance. The objective is to support organisations in achieving certification with confidence while building robust and sustainable systems for long-term compliance.
Kiki Domzaridou is a food safety and quality management auditor with over 25 years of international experience in the food industry and certification sector. She holds a BSc in Chemistry, an MSc in Food Chemistry & Technology, and an MBA.
Throughout her career, she has conducted thousands of independent audits against internationally recognised food safety standards including IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP (Codex), as well as retailer and customer requirements across the food, packaging materials, logistics and brokers sectors. Her extensive hands-on auditing experience provides a deep understanding of both technical requirements and real operational challenges faced by businesses.
In addition to auditing, she provides consulting and training, supporting organisations in strengthening food safety and quality management systems and achieving certification in line with international best practices. Her approach is practical, structured and tailored to each organisation, ensuring that systems are not only compliant but also effective and sustainable over time.
